All stationery is produced digitally and by hand so the finished product is subject to slight variation. Certain colour hues and tones are subject to change (due to the print process) to the descriptions on the website.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know at the earliest opportunity. You will be billed for work already completed to that point.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Due to the current Post Office changes to pricing we are restructuring our postal costs. FREE for 1 sample. Additional samples will be charge as advertised on the website, and the cost will be redeemed when you place an order with us. All orders over £10 are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery and the cost passed on to the purchaser with the final invoice. Katkin-Rose cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be given if the product(s) are to be found faulty and we are notified within 7 days. Refunds will not be given if the customer changes specifications Refunds in the event of cancellation of wedding – please see above for cancelling your order. Refunds will be sent back in the way you paid, but minus the postage costs.
PRODUCT BRANDING
All stationery purchased on www.katkin-rose.co.uk will have our website address on the back of the card at the bottom along with copyright.
WAITING TIMES
Are kept to a minimum, as a guide 28 days will be the maximum. Although we aim to complete your order in the shortest time possible.
